We got 3 different quotes from 3 different companies and we hands down decided to go with AP Tree Service. During the quote process they walked through our property with us and explained everything they would be doing step by step. (The other companies did not. They came out unannounced and called us to talk about what they saw and what the plan and cost would be. One of them actually scared the crap out of me because my husband had just left and I look out into our gated back yard and there is a man walking around who I did not know but soon found out!) Not only were they knowledgeable and upfront about everything but they were personable. On top of all that they started the job just a few days after we approved our quote and were completely finished in 3 days. On day one it was literally pouring down rain and we just figured they would just wait out the rain and try the next day but no when we woke up that morning they were already outside working. After they finished the job they walked around the property with us again to make sure we were happy with everything and to see if we had any questions or issues. My wife and I had an Honey Locust in our backyard with roots popping out all around it. We had enough and wanted it gone, stump and all! We called around and based on their reviews, we gave AP Tree Service a call and scheduled an estimate which they provided free of charge. With an estimate that wouldn’t break the bank and a savings difference of over $700 than what other services were asking, we decided to go with AP Tree Service. Upon arrival, the crew was courteous and arrived on time. The three person crew made light work of the tree and did it all under three hours, including spot on cleanup. I was impressed by Robert’s climbing and his precise decision making. During the removal, several limbs had me worried with the possibility of damaging a neighboring fence, but with Brandon and Calvynn’s assistance, they displayed great teamwork and safely lowered the limbs. These gentlemen came out to my house out in Medical Lake and took down a half dead tree sitting in between 2 houses and near some power lines. They executed it perfectly leaving no debris or junk what so ever on the ground afterwards. They also took care of some extra debris I had sitting outside my house for free. AP Tree Service was a great choice for my tree removal/pruning project. They came out quickly and removed three Ponderosa pines from my property. Unfortunately, my driveway was damaged in the process of removing the largest tree. However, the owner came out, patched up the damaged portion, and reassured me that he would put another layer over the sinking/curing surface. Had a great experience with these guys. They responded quickly to the initial call and came out and gave an estimate and detail of what would be done. On day of tree trimming and of a tree removal as well, they showed up on time and did a super job on everything. They cleaned up as well and the yard looked as nice as when they first showed up. They also did a couple extra things I thought of that were not even in the original estimate. They did another tree removal for us a couple years ago after a big wind storm took down a couple trees. This crew is professional and fast and efficient. They do a thorough job and they clean up beautifully as well. They are very pleasant as well as being professional. Branden and his crew were removing a pine tree of a nearby neighbor, and watching them work quickly and professionally I was impressed, and since I was in the middle of taking out two messy fruit trees in my yard, I took their info off the truck, figuring I'd call them down the road. But they saw my yard and came down to offer their services on the spot and gave me a very fair price to do it. So glad they finished my project as those last few high up branches were tough.
